ALLOCATION SERVICES

In addition to assisting clients control the cost, scope, schedule and risk associated with remedial investigations and site remedies, Project Navigator works with clients to develop credible and defensible arguments for allocating site costs.  Project Navigator has worked with existing site consultants using site characterization data and has directed the taking of additional samples solely for the purpose of determining what constituents were contributed by which parties.  Using sophisticated modeling, forensic chemistry and compelling graphical representations, Project Navigator works with clients to advocate for positions to account for all party’s contributions. Our goal is to promote an atmosphere where the merits of our findings can be discussed and arbitrated; however, our definitive work products are appropriate for litigation should that become necessary.
