The need for crystal clear communication of complex scenarios is an ingredient of many remediation projects. Visualization techniques we use include:

Site Conceptual Models (SCMs) – The goal is to convey an entire project’s events into a single graphic and convey a large amount of information at a glance.






3D Data and Information Visualization – Information and data can be viewed in 3D digital space to test engineering hypotheses and to better illustrate site-specific solutions.






Storyboarding Project Events – The design plan can be broken down into a series of discrete steps. For each major project event, the use of a storyboard will help to illustrate different project pathways and assist in the evaluation of the most cost-effective methodology.

Scale models – Models can be utilized to support and increase the impact of verbal presentations. Additionally scale models can be used a digital platform for creating visuals of the execution approach and conveying this real-time to clients via the Internet.




End-State Vision (ESV) Graphics – Redevelopment graphics that illustrate the site after remediation is complete.  These ESV graphics may include future redevelopment scenarios, recommendations for institutional controls, and remediation options that will be used to achieve the future land use objectives.
