Case Studies

Newark Bay may be one of the most complex sediment projects on the east coast.  The site is more than 4,000 acres, is influenced by two major rivers and multiple point and non-point sources.  PNA was selected to be the Coordinator for the group of companies who received General Notice Letters.


At a Confidential Site in New Jersey, PNA is working on behalf of the former owner of this CERCLA site to develop a credible and defensible allocation of remedial costs between our client and subsequent users of the site. 

Tex Tin Superfund Site in Texas City, Texas. We have driven a fast-track, streamlined Design/Build approach where cost and schedule were significantly below targets.

At the Ascon Landfill Site in Huntington Beach, CA we are managing the work effort of 7 PRPs who are planning for a $100MM remediation of a former oil field waste disposal site.



 

At the MAR Services oil field site in Cankton, LA, Project Navigator managed a risk-based, selective remediation for metals, oils & grease, and a site-wide 3ft. remediation depth for salts. This approach saved $10MM and shaved 24 months from the original schedule.
