PNA has a track record of successfully scheduling, controlling
budgets, tracking action items, coordinating meetings, administering
conference calls, and preparing presentation materials needed to
control the project. PNA personnel have successfully managed contractors
for a multitude of Superfund sites that have resulted in on time
performances with significant cost savings to the clients/owners.
We operate with an internal metric where we aspire to generate
project cost savings to the PRPs of 10 to 20 times the fees of PNA.
We realize this is an ambitious goal, but one which symbolizes how
our project management culture is aligned with that of our clients.
